Irena has finished her master’s in psychology, at University of Zagreb. Worked in different sectors, experienced HR manager in banking industry. For the last 9 years is responsible for corporate HR function for Raiffeisen Group Croatia. In over 20 years of experience, participated in several key changes, developments and transformation of HR structure and processes – following, supporting and leading changes resulting from company’s growth and development. Just recently has took over formal responsibility for organizational design, now incorporated in new HR&OF function on Group level. Currently manages the huge transforming of modern HR function into one of the first agile HR&OD department in Croatia. It happens that she has an idea of change before it is possible to implement it smoothly and due to this reason is often involved as change agent on the top levels of organization. Irena is passionate about people and organizational development, believing that people are the ones who can, on individual and group level, create success or failure. Believes in collaboration and inborn innovation nature of human kind.
